On UEFI systems without a specific DDX (for example virtual machines),
Xorg autoconfigured vesa, which fails without a video BIOS ("V_BIOS
address 0x0 out of range"), so no display server started.
When the console is gfxp_bitmap (VIS identifier "illumos_fb"), list
illumosfb after any driver matched for the primary PCI device instead of
vesa. A specific PCI driver that claims the device, such as intel, is
still used, because illumosfb then cannot claim the framebuffer slot.
vesa is dropped because its PCI claim together with illumosfb's
framebuffer claim makes xf86PostProbe() abort.

* xorg-server: keep the compiler's default C standard
Current autoconf makes configure select -std=gnu23. bool is a keyword in
C23, and hw/xfree86/common/xf86Opt.h uses it as a struct member name, so
the build fails in glx/glxdri2.c.

The driver was installed under /usr/lib/amd64/xorg/modules/drivers, which
the X server does not search, so it could only be used with an explicit
ModulePath. Install it into /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/amd64 like the
other DDX drivers.
Current autoconf (2.73) makes configure select -std=gnu23, where bool is
a keyword, and the xorg-server 1.19 headers use bool as a member name, so
the component no longer built. Keep the compiler's default C standard.
Fetch a pinned, versioned commit archive with a fixed hash instead of
the GIT_* rule with an unversioned archive name (upstream has no release
tags yet), and remove the component from components.ignore, where it was
added because Jenkins kept republishing it. Repeated local
`gmake publish` runs are no-ops after the first one.
