Bookmarks

You can add, rename and delete bookmarks using the Document Viewer.

When you open a file, you should have a side pane on the left side of the window. If you do not have a visible side pane, click View Sidepane, or press the F9 key on the keyboard.

At the bottom of this side pane, select the Bookmarks from the drop-down list.

Create a bookmark

In the PDF document itself, navigate to the page to which you would like to add the bookmark.

In the side pane, select Bookmarks from the drop-down list.

Press the + button at the bottom of the side pane. The default name of the bookmark you just added is the page number of the document.

The bookmark is now listed in the bookmarks list.

Rename a bookmark

In the side pane, select Bookmarks from the drop-down list.

Select the bookmark in the side pane.

Click on the bookmark name.

Enter the new name.

Press Enter.

Delete a bookmark

In the side pane, select Bookmarks from the drop-down list.

Press the - button at the bottom of the side pane.
