When the console is gfxp_bitmap (VIS identifier "illumos_fb"), list illumosfb after any driver matched for the primary PCI device instead of vesa. A specific PCI driver that claims the device, such as intel, is still used, because illumosfb then cannot claim the framebuffer slot. vesa is dropped because its PCI claim together with illumosfb's framebuffer claim makes xf86PostProbe() abort.
