Added support for more versions; completed before announcement that the version string will change in February 2024.

Added skia patch to provide illumos compatibility

Added java patch; needed to compile without java support

Possible regression: Document close widget has an unusual bezel spacing--existed in 7.6.0.0beta1 and later

regression: gmake test hangs; unable to determine what changed in oi-userland to cause this; I recall gmake test worked when 7.6.0.2 was released, but gmake test hangs on that version now, too.
