OpenSSH: salvage ssh-askpass from SunSSH so we have one
* also fix the download URL for tarball
* deliver ssh-askpass as a separate metapackage to cover different
implementations + package for specifically the zenity implementation
considering the possible mediation to other ssh-askpasses out there
* network-ssh.p5m : propose/install an ssh-askpass if an XServer is
installed in this zone

ssh-askpass-zenity script modernization
* use any standard shell rather specifically ksh; use ICON only if
available
* use an existing ICON... deliver one (initially a copy of the
ssh-askpass-gnome.png bubblefish)
