Add corosync Update corosync, add pacemaker and service-hacluster
uid.conf in files/, man8 to man1m, no static libraries use ${foo}, move
examples tu /usr/examples/, use perl-522, no PROTO_DIRS move logratote.d
and examples to /usr/share/corosync/examples move logratote.d to
/usr/share/pacemaker/examples pacemaker: add mode 0555 add user
hacluster man8 to man1m static libraries removed, chmod +x in
/usr/lib/pacemaker

Add pcs with pcs cli and pcsd daemon for web based management gui kill
-0 for service pcsd python module installs now to vendor-package, use
