FreeBSD rpm2cpio 1.4
The `rpm2cpio` script is now a thin shell wrapper of `bsdtar`
(libarchive). Got the apropriate revision from FreeBSD and edited `tar`s 
file path to point to `bsdtar`.
Test: "Unpacked" one RPM file.
