* Update mate-themes to 3.22.21

* Update mate-applets to 1.24

* Update mate-notification-daemon to 1.24

* Update mate-session-manager to 1.24
 mate-session-check-accelerated-gl-helper and
mate-session-check-accelerated-gles-helper are for now not published due
 to problematic required packages for opengl libs which are provided by
multiple packages and don't resolve correctly when publishing.

* Update mate-control-center to 1.24
 We don't compile the new time-admin applet because it needs libpolkit
available as desktop/polkit in oracle solaris-userland which needs
desktop/mozjs-60 also available. The problem however is that this is
enormously complex for just a time-admin applet so probably not worth
the hassle.

* Update caja-extensions to 1.24

* Update mozo to 1.24

* Update engrampa to 1.24

* Update mate-utils to 1.24

* Update mate-user-guide to 1.24

* Update atril to 1.24
