* zsvcadm : Updated copyright headers
* zsvcadm : increase default window width to match modern long SMF FMRIs
better, and action dialog height to fit at least 4 lines
* zsvcadm : allow to restart an online service
* zsvcadm : use "pfexec svcadm" elevation; report results (suggest
usermod if failed)
